It runs until the November 3 (PST) maintenance, which is Wednesday, November 4 in CET.
What changed for Odyle Energy on October 14?
While server transfers run, the Wind Breeze Merchants drop the 16 per server weekly cap on Odyle Energy (Bound), and each character can buy 20 a week instead of 4.
Were there class balance changes on October 14?
Only bug fixes. Spiritmaster's Summon: Ancient Spirit and the Sorcerer skills Fire Wall, Cold Storm and Bittercold Wind were fixed, with no number changes.
