How to Report a Player
Report Steps

In AION 2 control mode, hold Alt so the cursor shows.

Click the player or bot to make it your target.
- 3
Open the report option for your target.
- 4
Write what you saw in the text box, like the place and what the bot was doing.
- 5
Send it. NC checks reports before it takes action.

Bots, macro programs, gold farming, real money trading and odd trading patterns.
Review comes first
Accounts are restricted only after a check. Long grinding sessions are fine.
False reports count too
Reporting honest players to mess with them can get you suspended.
What Gets You Banned

Why You Should Not Buy Gold

Yes. Four waves between Oct 10 and Oct 15 PDT restricted 32,351 accounts for bots, gold farming, unauthorized programs and RMT.
Can you get banned for buying Kina?
Yes. Buying Kina or Quna from outside sellers is against the Terms of Service and can end your access to the game.
My account was restricted by mistake. What now?
Send a ticket to PLAYNC Customer Support. Appeals are accepted within 15 days of the sanction.
