How to Get Scroll Buffs
Purchase From the Merchant
General Goods Merchant
Sells basic scrolls in town for 1,000 Kina each.
Rewards
Quests and achievements also hand out scrolls.
Craft Through Alchemy

Level the Alchemy profession in the crafting menu.

Pick a Superior scroll recipe, such as Superior Speed Scroll.
- 3
Use the basic scroll plus the listed materials to craft the stronger one.
Merchants never sell the stronger scrolls, so Alchemy and rewards are the only way.
