Field bosses roam the open world and anyone nearby can join the fight. Verteron and Altgard have 24 each, and the Abyss has its own set.

Field Boss Locations

Field Bosses by Region

  1. 1

    Open the map of your region.

  2. 2

    Go to the Exploration tab and pick Field Boss.

  3. 3

    A boss that is up shows as spawned on the map.

  4. 4

    Bosses that are down show a countdown to their next spawn.

Each boss runs its own respawn timer from the moment it dies, so the map countdown is the number to trust.

Mini Bosses All Over the World

Open world

No queue and no instance. Anyone in the zone can jump in.

Crowd fights

The big ones need a lot of players, so join a boss others are already on.

Same names on both sides

Lagta, Dartan and Kashapa show up in Verteron and in Altgard.

Field Boss Loot

Loot chest every kill

Lagta, Kashapa and Dartan each drop their own loot chest.

Gear and stones

Gear pieces and Refining Stones roll on top of the chest.

How do I know when a field boss is up?

Open the region map, go to Exploration, then Field Boss. Bosses that are up are marked, and the rest show a countdown.

What is the field boss respawn time?

Each boss has its own timer that starts when it dies. Guides disagree on the hours, so go by the map countdown.

Can I fight the other faction's field bosses?

Yes. Cross over through a Spacetime Rift at level 45 and hunt the bosses on the enemy map.
