Should I save Enhance Stones while leveling?
Mostly, yes. Leveling gear gets replaced fast, so spend only what you need to beat a wall and keep the rest for level 45 gear.
Are daily dungeon entries per character?
No. The 14 weekly Unknown Fissure entries are shared by all your characters on the same server.
What should a fresh level 45 farm first?
Expedition gear and Enhance Stones. They push your Item Level toward Conquest and Transcendence, where the better rewards are.
