Double Chance and Attack Lines

Double Chance

The best line you can hit. Rare, so keep it when it shows up.

Plain damage lines

Critical Hit, Attack Bonus and Boss Attack work on every enemy.

Good fillers

Plain Defense Bonus is fine, and Accuracy Bonus helps on tough bosses.

Genus Stats Only Work on Matching Enemies

Plain stat linesWork against every enemy, so they are worth more.

Genus-only linesA line tied to one genus only helps against enemies of that genus.

Use Soul Crystals and Kina to Level Up

Open the Genus Insight screen with your pets.

Pick a genus and press Analyze to reroll its open lines.

Each Analyze costs Soul Crystals and Kina and adds Insight EXP.

Double Chance. It is hard to roll, so plain Critical Hit, Attack Bonus and Boss Attack lines are the usual targets.

Where do I get Soul Crystals?

The Odylium Repository daily dungeon is the fastest source. It rewards pet chests and Soul Crystals.

Should I lock lines early?

Not much. Locks raise the cost of every roll, and cheap open rolls still level your board.

Is Genus Insight shared across my characters?

It belongs to your server, not one character. That is why a server transfer asks which side's Genus Insight to keep.
