How to Level Up Fast
Main Story Quests
Follow the yellow quests
Episode quests are the yellow ones in your tracker. They hold most of the EXP up to 45.
Stay on the current step
Skip anything that drags you across the map. You can clean it up later.
The story opens the game
New zones, Ascension Trials and most systems arrive as the story moves on.
Sealed Dungeon EXP
Solo and quick
Small solo dungeons marked on your map, each with a boss at the end.
Clear the ones on your route
Do the close ones when the story needs one more level. No long detours.
KinaFinish Regional Quests

Skip Mob Grinding
Consistently Upgrade Gear

Check your bag after each story chapter and equip every upgrade.

Enhance only when a story boss stops you cold.

Put materials into the weapon and accessories first.

Save the rest for level 45, since leveling gear gets replaced fast.
Clear Out Strongholds
Low EXP
A Stronghold gives some EXP, but it is a last resort for leveling.
Belt upgrades
They drop Belt Enhance Scrolls, so you will want them all later anyway.
Pass EXP
NC lists Daeva Pass EXP for each Stronghold and Sealed Dungeon you clear.
What to Do When the Story Asks for a Higher Level

Open your map and clear the nearest Sealed Dungeons first.

Still short? Pick up Regional Quests in the same zone.
- 3
Run a nearby Stronghold if you need a last push.

Go straight back to the Episode quest as soon as the bar fills.

How Long Does It Take to Reach Level 45?
First character
Guides put it at roughly 10 to 15 hours if you stick to the story.
Alts
Faster, since you already know the route and the tricky bosses.
Full clear
Doing every side activity along the way takes a lot longer.
How to Level Up Fast FAQ
How high can you level in AION 2?
Guides and press put Global at level 45, though NC has not posted the cap in a notice. The Korean and Taiwanese version went up to 50 with its Chapter 1 update, which has not reached Global.
Is grinding mobs worth it for EXP?
No. Quests give far more EXP for your time. Kill what is on your route and keep going.
Should I do every side quest while leveling?
Only the ones near your path. Clean up the rest at 45, since they still give accessories, Clash Runes and Daevanion points.
