R holds Dark Crush, Tremor Crush and Gust Rampage, and you press it twice per loop. Undefeated Mantra and Sprint Mantra buff you and nearby party members, and Recuperation can clear a debuff off the group.

Set Macro Display MS to about half your ping.

Start on R. Tremor Crush moves you up to 10m and has a 50% Stun chance if you cast it after a Dodge or while flying.
Rushing Smash into Heat Wave Blow. Half the time the Smash triggers Heat Wave Blow on its own.
Fracturing Blow leaves them with 30% less Defense for 5s, so press R again while that's up.
Finish with Incandescent Blow and Onslaught. Onslaught hits take 1s each off Spinning Strike.
Impactful Crush goes in whenever it's ready. It opens Dark Crush, and if the stun lands, Wave Blow knocks them down for 3s.
Undefeated Mantra adds 10% PvP Damage Boost and PvP Damage Tolerance for you and party members nearby, so keep it on whenever your group is together.
