In Grandport Harbor, look for the man with an exclamation mark outside the inn. He tells you where the Sealing Stone is and adds it to your map.
Win the Gaia Hammer at the Colosseum
Play the story until the Grandshelt Colosseum opens in Chapter 4. Clear the Fledgling League there and the Gaia Hammer is your prize.
Smash the Sealing Stone
Head to the desert of the Kingdom of Grandshelt. The stone stands right by Marauder Cave, east of Siren's Tower. Give Lid the Gaia Hammer, examine the stone and break it.
