How to Beat Lazarov
Before the Fight
- Cover five elements: Earth for Lazarov, then Light, Fire, Water and Wind for the experiments.
- Have Carbuncle ready to cast Reflect.
- He uses Sleep, so keep a way to wake allies.

Match Each Experiment's Weakness
The Hunger v5 takes Light and Fire, Test Subject No. 9 takes Water and No. 999 takes Wind. Lazarov himself is weak to Earth.
Experiments Before the Doctor
The experiments are the real threat and have far less HP than Lazarov, so they go down quickly. Turn on him once they are gone.
Reflect His Spells
Like the other bosses this chapter, Lazarov casts spells you can bounce with Carbuncle's Reflect. Then you can focus fully on the experiments.
