How to Heal in FF Resonance
- Save points only heal you if you use a Tent, which restores all HP and MP.
- Inns in towns heal the party for a small Gil fee.
- Some dungeons have a free healer outside, marked with a bed icon.
- Healing spells cost MP, while abilities like First Aid heal for free.
- Leah, Charlotte and Ayaka have Resonance skills that heal the whole party.

Use Tents at Save Points
Save points do not heal on their own. Use a Tent there to fully restore HP and MP. Tents are sold in town shops and by some NPC vendors outside dungeons.
Rest at Inns
Talk to an innkeeper in any town or village and pay a little Gil to rest.
Find Healers Outside Dungeons
Some dungeons have an NPC by the entrance with a bed icon over their head. They heal your party for free.
Cast Healing Spells and Abilities
Cure and its stronger versions restore HP, and Esuna removes ailments. Higher tiers cost more MP. First Aid from the Leah Vision heals a little without any MP.
Fina learns her heals by leveling, and Visions like Leah and Ayaka give any character healing magic.
Use Healing Items
Potions and their upgrades restore HP, and Phoenix Downs revive a fallen ally, both in and out of battle. You can only target a character who is missing HP.
Heal With a Resonance Skill
Trigger a Sweeping Stagger and pick a healing Resonance skill to patch up everyone at once. Leah's Healing Wind can even push HP past the maximum.
