FF Resonance Trophy Guide: All Trophies and How to Get Platinum
- There are 40 trophies: 1 Platinum, 4 Gold, 7 Silver and 28 Bronze.
- No trophy is tied to difficulty, so Casual is fine for the whole run.
- The grind trophies are 1,000 staggers, 400 Resonances and max Mastery Rank on 8 Visions.
- All 13 Cave Masters, all 26 Visions and all 12 Legendary Arms each have their own trophy.
- Everything can be done in one playthrough.
How to Get the Platinum Trophy
Most trophies come from things you will do anyway. Work through this list in roughly this order and the grind ones will finish along the way.
- Finish the main story
- Clear every Colosseum league
- Collect all Tablet Shards
- Win all twelve Legendary Arms
- Collect, rank up and awaken Visions
- Recruit every Esper
- Stagger enemies and use Resonance skills a lot
- Defeat all Cave Masters
- Finish every party member substory
- Earn and spend Gil
Finish the Main Story
Each chapter clear is a trophy, and the story also gives you every party member, a chocobo and the airship. That covers 11 trophies just by playing. The walkthrough has every chapter.
Clear the Colosseum Leagues
The Colosseum opens in Chapter 4. Clearing Fledgling, Brawler and Gladiator gives one trophy each. See the Colosseum guide for every fight.
Collect Tablet Shards
Hand your shards in at the Oblivion Palace. The princess's first reward and her second memory each pop a trophy. All locations are on the Tablet Shard list.
Win the Twelve Legendary Arms
Each Ancient piece of equipment turns into a Legendary Arm when you beat its trial in the Chamber of Arms. Getting the first one and all twelve are separate trophies. The Chamber of Arms guide covers every trial.
Collect and Grow Visions
Five trophies cover Visions: 10 owned, all 26 owned, one at max Mastery Rank, 8 at max Mastery Rank, and one fully awakened. The MRP farming guide speeds up the ranks.
Recruit the Espers
Espers join through the story and optional dungeons, usually after you beat them. There is a trophy at 3 Espers and another for all of them.
Stagger and Resonate
Keep Them on Their Toes needs 1,000 staggers and Resonance Rapid Fire needs 400 Resonances. Both count up naturally, but hunting Sweeping Staggers speeds them up.
Defeat the Cave Masters
Cave Masters are optional superbosses in caves around the world. Trophies come at 1, 5 and all 13. Each one also drops a Magicite Shard.
Finish the Substories
Every party member has a personal sub quest. Clear all of them for Conscience Renewed, plus a stat bonus for each character.
Earn and Spend Gil
Spend 100,000 Gil in total for one trophy and earn 1,000,000 Gil in total for another. The Gil farming guide helps with the second.
